iQ-Check STEC VirX Kit

Overview
Choose the iQ-Check STEC VirX PCR Detection Kit for individual identification of the virulence genes stx1 and stx2 (Shiga toxin 1/2) and eae (intimin) in a single well. This test can be run in parallel with other iQ-Check Kits

For follow-up testing, use the iQ-Check STEC SerO II PCR Detection kit (12013174) to identify the STEC Big 6 serotypes (O26, O111, O45, O145, O121, and O103) plus E. coli O157:H7
