Overview
The EZ-Check Listeria spp. Kit is a rapid qualitative test for detecting Listeria DNA in food and environmental samples. It uses real-time PCR for simultaneous amplification and detection of Listeria-specific DNA sequences. The kit contains 96 tests with an easy-to-use workflow involving only 2 pipetting steps. The use of this test allows results to be obtained in 90 minutes following enrichment of a sample.
