ID-Check Bovine Speciation Kit

Overview
The ID-Check Speciation Kits provide a real-time PCR method for detecting target species in food, feed, and environmental samples. The method relies on the amplification of species-specific mitochondrial DNA. The kit allows the simultaneous amplification (in multiplex) of the target species and an Internal Amplification Control (IAC) to exclude false negatives due to PCR inhibition.
